All papers must use the CEUR-WS template in one-column format. LaTeX is strongly preferred.

CEURART template (ZIP) ↗ Overleaf template ↗

If LaTeX is not used, authors must strictly follow the ODT template instructions:

  • The ODT template is provided within the CEURART package.
  • Microsoft Word must not be used for the ODT template.
  • The Libertinus font family is mandatory; installation instructions are included in the template.

Papers that do not comply with these requirements will not be suitable for publication in CEUR-WS.

Author rights, licensing, and mandatory declarations

License (mandatory): Each paper must include a CC BY 4.0 license footnote on the first page, with the following text:

“Copyright © JJJJ for this paper by its authors. Use permitted under Creative Commons License Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).”

Replace JJJJ with the publication year.

Declaration of Generative AI (mandatory) Each paper must include a mandatory Declaration of Generative AI, in accordance with the CEUR-WS policy:

Event information (mandatory)

Each paper must include the following on the first page. Carefully complete this part in the template:

%% This command is for the conference information
\conference{}
             by adding
“Joint Proceedings of the ACM UMAP Workshops 2026, UMAP 2026, June
             8–11, 2026, Gothenburg, Sweden”

Author Agreement:

CEUR-WS requires a signed AUTHOR AGREEMENT from the contact author of each paper. Here the template to be filled: CEURART Author agreement ↗

When filling out the form:

+ Report the name of the contribution as indicated in your manuscript.
+ Report the complete list of all the authors, including the corresponding author.
Names need to be equal to those reported in your manuscript and in the same order.
+ Indicate additional information only for the corresponding author.

A very important note. CEUR-WS is very strict concerning copyright forms: they want the form to be PHYSICALLY printed, PHYSICALLY SIGNED, and SCANNED; if these requirements are not met, they will not accept the paper, so it will not be published. Only agreements physically signed in ink on paper are accepted. Digital signatures are not valid.
